UK DELIVERY
We offer following options for delivery:
1. Standard delivery (2-3 business days)
- Royal Mail tracked: £5.00
2. Express delivery
- Royal Mail/DPD next day (order before 12pm) £8.00
Please note that deliveries with total value of £200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your delivery options, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
UK RETURNS
You must return your items within 20days of receipt of your shipment.
Returns are hassle-free and free of charge. To initiate a return, please email office@hanah.co.uk with the number of items you would like to return from your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for your convenience. Remember to fill out the paper return section that was attached to your order and include it in your package.
For a smooth return process, please do not send any returns without first confirming the return address and contacting us. Kindly reach out to us via email at office@hanah.co.uk to initiate the return and obtain the necessary instructions. We'll be happy to assist you further.
The goods must be returned unused. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
EUROPE DELIVERY

EUROPE RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your goods, we will offer a 28-day return policy. Unfortunately, Hanah does not provide a free returns or exchange service for orders shipped outside of the UK. We strongly recommend that the recipient use registered post, recorded delivery, or another secure delivery method from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until the recipient has received credit for the returned items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you intend to return an item, please advise us by emailing office@hanah.co.uk as soon as possible.
