What are the shipping options for customers within the UK?
We offer following options for delivery:
1. Standard delivery (2-3 business days)
- Royal Mail tracked: £5.00
2. Express delivery
- Royal Mail/DPD next day (order before 12pm) £8.00
Please note that deliveries with total value of £200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your delivery options, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. For customers outside of the UK, please contact us via email to arrange your order. We will be happy to help!
Can I return my item/UK market?
You must return your items within 20 days of receipt of your shipment.
You will need to request a return by sending us an email at office@hanah.co.uk, letting us know which items you would like to return.
You'll then receive a free shipping label so you can drop off your items at your local Post Office.
Are returns free/UK market?
Yes, they are! As long as a return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your items. You will receive pre-paid shipping label by email.
Can I return my item/Europe market?
If you are unsatisfied with your
goods, we will offer a 28-day return policy.
Unfortunately, Hanah does not provide a free returns or exchange service for
orders shipped outside of the UK.
We strongly recommend that the recipient use registered post, recorded
delivery, or another secure delivery method from a reputable carrier, retaining
the receipt until the recipient has received credit for the returned items.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of returned
goods.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive and verify your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank
or credit provider./

3. How should I care for the garments?
To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend washing them on a delicate cycle
in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius.
Please wash them with similar colours and on a low spin cycle.
Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
4. How do I find the right size?
We provide detailed size charts for each product on our website to find your perfect fit.
